Great location to Metro and bus system, really nice refurbished hotel, bright and clean. More than adequate hot breakfast buffet, changed a little each day. Great coffee machine! Juan Carlos and Lluis were fantastic, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable....helped us a great deal! We will certainly stay there during our next visit to Barcelona

A really great hotel, well located to find your way around the city and its sights. Plenty of local bars,cafes and restaurants and a 2 minute walk from the metro. Clean and tidy rooms for a good nights sleep and a well stocked buffet at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff on hand to assist.

limpieza perfecta, comodidad cama perfecta, temperatura perfecta, ubicación perfecta... Lo único que eché en falta era que hubiera doble cortina, para así poder dejar pasar la luz sin necesidad que te vieran desde fuera. La que había era perfecta para dormir porque no dejaba pasar nada de luz, pero hacía que durante el día la habitación fuera demasiado oscura.

Las taquillas deberían de ser gratuitas. La conexión wifi debería estar cifrada en vez de ser abierta. El trato con el personal ha sido excelente, nos han ayudado y orientado en todo momento.

Lovely hotel clean & modern, good value for money, walking distance from everywhere other than some evenings we would get a taxi. Definitely recommend, breakfast a bit basic but can’t complain overall.

Très bon accueil, chambres confortables et propres, personnel compétent, aimable et disponible, très bon petit déjeuner. Seul point négatif: les pieds des chaises de la salle de petit déjeuner sont très bruyants, des patins seraient nécessaires.....

Lage ist super - ziemlich genau zwischen P.Espana + P.Catalunya. Geht beides ganz gut zu Fuss. Zimmer zur Strasse sind etwas laut. reinigung, Hotelzustand, Sauberkeit und Betten hervorragend. Klar, es ist kein 5* Hotel. Das Frühstück dürfte etwas reichhaltiger sein - ist aber in Ordnung.

Нам здесь все очень нравится - приятный и доброжелательный персонал, чистые и уютные номера, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки... И что характерно, персонал почти не меняется. В этом году приехали и увидели те же знакомые лица, и очень были этому рады. Спасибо огромное всем сотрудникам за домашнюю уютную обстановку

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per quattro notti. Qualche problema di pulizia il primo giorno, poi le cose sono state sistemate. La camera arredata in maniera minimale, era troppo calda e la finestra dava su un cortile interno. Nonostante tutto il soggiorno è risultato confortevole con posizione comoda per la visita della città.

A basic but clean, well run hotel. The room was small, but perfectly adequate with a big ensuite. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty and the staff were polite and cheerful. All in all a really good place to stay if you don't want to break the bank.

Atencion Jordi Happines Manager de BNC Urban Hotels, ho prenotato nel vostro hotel dopo aver letto le recensioni su Tripadvisor. Il servizio è stato di mio gradimento. Vorrei suggerire alcune soluzioni: 1) nella camera (225) non è presente la sedia. Questa è indispensabile così come la si trova in tutti gli hotel del mondo. E’ una mancanza grave. Ho chiesto alla reception di averne una ma non è stato possibile. Questo è un punto negativo 2) Nel bagno manca uno sgabello (escabel/taburete) per lavarsi i piedi. Come fa una persona anziana a lavarsi o a asciugarsi i piedi? Farò una recensione su Tripadvisor dopo aver ricevuto risposta. Señor Jordi, puede responder en español. Atentamente Francesco Rosso

I come here from time to time as the location is great, the hotel well managed and the price is reasonable. Not so good this time: - Breakfast: as we were a bit late (9:30), the buffet was already quite empty. When we asked for bread, we were simply told that there is no bread anymore and that we should eat toast :-(

Todo ha estado muy bien. Lo único malo es que las paredes son de papel y a horas no muy normales, se escuchaba a gente riéndose, arrastrando muebles... Por todo lo demás un 10, sobre todo en limpieza y ubicación. Todos los recepcionistas encantadores, en especial un chico de Granada (lo siento por olvidar el nombre)

La verdad hicieron de nuestra estancia un momento confortable y agradable. Queremos agradecer a Susana y a Luis por su optimo servicio y dedicacion. Lo unico que podria decir que no nos gusto, eran dos camas chicas puestas juntas, en vez de una matrimonial y la falta de reposicion del tè, con mi marido no nos dormimos sin tomar un tecito ;) pero al bajar a recepcion nos dieron el tè.

Excelente hotel para conecer Barcelona a pie, gracias a su perfecta ubicación. Bien comunicado con el aeropuerto mediante transporte público (aerobus, metro, etc.). Buen desayuno aunque se echa en falta un zumo natural. Limpio, cómodo y tranquilo para que sólo tengas que preocuparte de disfrutar de la ciudad.

Our 2nd time at this hotel, we like it and certainly come back. Friendly personnel. However, one night we were disturbed by the nasty noise from a ventilator from the nearby supermarket. The hotel management should find a solution to this annoying issue. Also, we missed on or two chairs in the room.

Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Lage, nähe Metro Urgell. Das gesammte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und helfen gerne in jeder Situation. Das einzige zu Bemängeln sind die Matratzen!! Leider spührt man gut die Federn in der Matratze und wir schliefen sehr schlecht. Die Lösung: eine freundliche Raumpflegering gab mir zwei weitere Daunendecke, welche ich dann auf der Matratze platzierte. Somit hielt sich der Rückenschmerz gering :-) Im grossen und ganzen würde ich das Hotel erneut buchen.

Il BCN Urban Hotels del Comte offre una sistemazione perfetta per vivere Barcellona, con una bella passeggiata si possono raggiungere molte mete turistiche della città se si preferiscono i mezzi pubblici c'è una fermata della metro a poche centinaia di metri. Le stanze comode e pulitissime con uno staff sempre gentile e disponibile, ottima e varia la colazione a buffet. Se tornassi a Barcellona sceglierei sicuramente il BCN Urban Hotels del Comte.
